Diagnostic Advice
We're more than just order-takers at Shepard Niles. If you're having
problems diagnosing a problem with your crane, call us. Depending
on the nature of the problem, one of our service technicians or
engineers will work with you over the telephone at no charge to
determine what it will take to get your crane running again. If
on-site diagnosis or service support is needed, our technicians
are available to come to your location to diagnose problems or install
parts at a very reasonable cost. We understand what downtime costs
can mean for your operation. It is our goal and our commitment to
get your crane running again quickly.
Critical Spares
One of your best strategic weapons against crane downtime is to
keep critical spares on hand. We can work with you to develop a
list of critical spares for your crane that can be provided in advance
to your maintenance crew, or warehoused by us and installed by our
